I'm a new succulent owner and I got this succulent in December and repotted it the last week of December, and then watered it in the end of January.
It's now February 20th and I noticed this with this new incoming leafs but they look extremely fragile, see through, and have brown spots, so I googled how often to water them so I just watered it yesterday bc it said every 7-14 days. Could that's be the reason. I searched on everything but couldn't find an answer. Is this normal, I need answers, please!

im not super experienced, but it looks like this could be edema which is caused by overwatering, but it could also be something else. i suggest looking more into edema to see if your plant and the symptoms of it listed match up
