What type of lilies are these? Are they toxic/poisonous to adult humans? (No pets or children involved or nearby)

Oriental lilies & Stargazer lilies. Both highly toxic to pets, shouldn’t be a problem for adult humans unless you try to do very childish things with them lol

Nah you’re fine. I pull the pollen heads off and toss them because they drop all over the place but it’s not necessary.

Lilies. As per toxicity, do not eat them and you’ll be fine.

All members of the lilliacea genus are toxic if eaten, the pollen is not toxic, but you can emasculate the flowers so they don’t accidentally pollinate, the flowers will last longer. The pollen will stain your hands and anything else it comes in contact with so wear gloves

If the pollen gets on your clothing or fabric don’t brush it off it’ll stain- use a chenille pipe cleaner to remove it
