Disney has released a new video giving a first look at some of the food and drinks coming to the 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, running March 4 through June 1.
The preview covers dishes and drinks spread across several outdoor kitchens. Here’s what’s been revealed so far:
Florida Fresh
Blackened Fish Slider with fried green tomato and Cajun rémoulade on a brioche bun
La Isla Fresca
Shrimp Ceviche with mango, avocado, cucumber, lime, cilantro, tomato, and jalapeño, served with plantain chips
Coconut-Chocolate Flan Bizcocho with chocolate cake, coconut custard, and passion fruit caramel
Brunchcot
Avocado Toast with marinated tomatoes and Boursin Dairy-Free Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese on toasted ciabatta
Beach Grub
Strawberry-Basil Lemonade made with Minute Maid Premium Lemonade and strawberry-hibiscus syrup, garnished with basil
Orange Cream Bar with vanilla-bean mousse, chocolate shell, and marshmallow meringue
Yacht Grub
Trio of Dips and Chips – housemade potato chips with whipped feta and candied lemon, caramelized onion dip and caviar, and pimento cheese and pickles
Lemon Tart with lemon curd, blood orange fluid gel, plant-based meringue, and raspberry powder
Limoncello-Basil Sparkling Cocktail with sparkling wine, Seagram’s Club Soda, and limoncello liqueur
Nectar
Coconut Panna Cotta with cherry gelée, matcha crumb, citrus cookie, plant-based meringue, and flower confetti
EPCOT Farmers Feast
Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail made with Islamorada Hibiscus Gin and Simply Lemonade
Trowel and Trellis
Miso Cola-Glazed Sticky Pork Ribs with spicy pickled peppers and peanuts
The Honey Bee-stro
Chicken and Waffles – sweet honey-bacon cornbread waffle with whipped honey butter and orange blossom honey
The full Foodie Guide with complete outdoor kitchen menus for all locations is still to come. The 2026 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival runs for 90 days, with the Garden Rocks Concert Series performing every weekend at America Gardens Theatre.
