Looking to add some tropical vibes when the summer months roll around; ideas to make it feel less like a box on a field?


I am renting this single wide home and am thinking about adding some tropical plants in pots around. The landlady said it was okay to have a garden so long as i didn't dig holes or have a fire pit. I will have to use raised beds or pots for any plants and it has to be able to be mowed around easily for the maintenance guy. I've really slowed down in terms of motivation and ideas because I would like to make this as low maintenance as possible beyond the garden itself. I plan to build a few small fountains and such but the property in general just doesn't feel great to sit outside at. Any ideas to pretty up the place that aren't an arm and a leg?

    to clarify on the garden area: I will be adding mulch and some bricks or stones for a walkway, as well as some other pots and planters around it to attract pollinators.
