I repotted this guy about 3 weeks ago, and just a few days ago he started doing this. I moved him further from the light, I figured now that he's taller the light is too close.

Any ideas?

Check the roots. Maybe it’s rot

    Probably in shock.

It’s common to lose leaves after a repot.

Move closer to a light source and/ or increase lighting

Is it under a lot of light? I had a couple of drooping leaves on mine so I moved it to less light and a new leaf caught me by surprise like 3 weeks later.

When you repotted him was it into semi hydro!? They sometimes just take a bit longer to adjust. I wouldn’t go crazy moving him around and making changes. That can lead to him being more stressed out. If anything, I would give him some higher humidity. Maybe an enclosure over the top!? Sometimes, humidity is exactly what these plants need to thrive.

Oh no! I just read your updated comment!

Take him out and get him all cleaned up, make sure there’s not any rot left on him, you can do a dip/soak in peroxide & water to make sure the rot is killed.
Then I would repot him in a nursery cup if you have one (one with lots of holes for air flow) and pot him up in some damp moss or perlite (your choice, some people do a mix of both and stratum or separate) then if you have a heating mat to stick him on with a cup to go over for humidity.
He needs to work on regrowing his roots. You will more than likely loose leafs….don’t panic! They will come back, and be strong, healthy and adjusted to the new environment.
This exact thing just happened to me, with my dream plant!! (A very full and beautiful variegated alocasia frydek!) I lost every leaf! 😩😩😩
I did exactly what I mentioned above and a couple weeks in we have some new roots growing!!
Let me know if you have any questions!! I’ll post my before and now pictures if you are interested in seeing them!!
