One of my dogs jumped up on my table last night and ate several leaves off of my peace lilly! (All of my dogs are fine, I have been monitoring them today w/ no issues). I have had the plant for well over a year(gifted to me) and it was just beginning to truly thrive, as you can see it has 2 blooms right now! Will my leaves grow back or do I need to cut those down and let new ones sprout?

I would just keep the damaged leaves for now since they’re still green. The plant will push out new leaves eventually.
She’ll be fine, peace lilies are dramatic, will have a stroke, yet somehow survive. She’ll be okay but it’ll take a while before she looks pretty again😭 My peace lily suffered from nutrient deficiency last summer, and though different from your situation managed to perk up again despite the yellowing leaves (yeah nutrient deficiency can do that, which is when I learned that it’s nice to have at least one bottle of fertilizer on hand during growing season) but yeaaah I chopped off all the nasty leaves and now she looks good as new and has even flowered twice since then. Peace lilies are decently fast growers, even outside of growing season, they’re more hardy than people would like to admit. I keep hearing people say “Don’t get peace lilies!!! They’re so dramatic!!!” Well, honestly that’s great for beginners in some cases because those plants sure do yell exactly what they want at you and are also relatively forgiving. Anyhow peace lily rant aside, give her some time to settle back in her pot and pop out a couple new leaves, and she’ll be flourishing again in no time, after getting a few new leaves you may cut back the damaged ones.
