  1. must admit I have always worked by the metric of 52 weeks in a year i.e x amount of portions in a week. So as an example If I use 2 onions per week then that's 104 sets plus a few extra for failures etc.

    There shouldn’t be any surprises at year end that you run out of something, if planned accordingly & healthy harvests.

  5. I agree, but I also love to cook with what I have, that is a challenge for me. And if it is really too much I give it away and I get joy out of that either
