What are these in my veggie garden? Yesterday, I realised that something had eaten all of the leaves off of my broccoli plants, and now I've noticed these. Are they springtails?? They're all around one tomato plant, and spread around my carrots and broccoli stems

These are spring tails they arent not harmful to your plants but that many is probably a sign that your soil is too wet, their populations explode when theres lots of wet decaying organic matter as they feed on it and the fungi it attracts.
Ease up on the watering if youre doing it regularly, if you arent watering regularly then check if the soil or container you’re growing in has adequate drainage.
