David, aged 16, was last seen on Tuesday (February 3) at his home address, in Welwyn Garden City, and officers are concerned for his welfare.
He is described as 5ft 7in tall, of slim build and has short brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a black Nike tracksuit, black trainers and a black winter jacket.
