Cut off the worst of the worst but a lot of the leaves have yellow spots now. I actually forgot this plant in a tub of water for a few hours. Is it ruined? Can it be saved?
That’s pest damage, you can see the poop on the leaves you’ve removed. Most likely either thrips or spidermites. I’d highly recommend predatory insects to help with pest control.
Just a heads up though if there were no pests it’s best to let the plant reabsorb nutrients from their damaged or dying leaves it just means that they can produce new leaves faster.
