I live along a small river and have been clearing invasives and restoring my property for the last 6 years. I just found evidence of beaver activity directly across the river from me and they are cutting down burning bush! What are the chances?!?
Could these beavers be aware of the work we're doing and be reciprocating our efforts to help restore the land?

That’s awesome! Go Beavers! 🌳
you just need to put in a work order, they get it squared away
Woohoo! In December the NYT did a full page article on. Sunday about this happening. It’s amazing and so beautiful.
Life uh finds a way
This just happened in the past couple months in Loveland, CO too, for the first time in over a decade!
#BeaversWithoutBorders
your hard work is paying off, mother nature is doing it’s thing. this is literally the dream we’re all working towards.

Remember the beavers will be just as happy to gnaw down any native trees you plant.
I know someone who’s been trying to get bald cypress started along a river bank and the beavers are not being cooperative.
