    The grape may have a bit of harmless mildew, but judging by the distribution it looks like you have have a hairy variety that looks especially fuzzy on the new growth.
    Looks pretty natural and healthy to me.

    Its pretty normal for many artemisia species to have silver/gray/white colors on the underside of matured foliage.

    To me both plants look healthy and not infected with fungus.

    Grapes can be naturaly furry. Totaly normal.
