This is momo:) I’m contemplating selling and I’m not sure what’s fair or even normal for a monstera this size (8 feet ish)? TIA

Difficult to determine, it is really down to your location plus how long you are willing to wait for a buyer

Can you fit it through the door or do you have to take your roof off?😆

$200-$600, broadly speaking. This to me looks like collection-grade specimen of a Monstera. If you are willing to wait for the right buyer and are in a location where these are less common and/or more affluent I could see a well-off house plant collector paying $400+ for this.

IMO this is a seller’s market style plant because you simply can’t buy this mature of a houseplant in stores or in marketplaces very often. Especially with how healthy it looks, the consistent fenestration, size of leaves, compactness of the overall plant, etc.

I think this mostly depends on how long you’re willing to wait and how broad you’re willing to cast your net. You will get plenty of low-ball offers and people trying to short-sell you, but this quality of monstera is rarely sold so I think you have a nice plant. Best of luck.
