Planted almost 4 years ago and it has only reached 3 to 4 feet high. Leaves a bit yellow too. Soil is quite damp, clay i think. Is this common? Trimming encourages new growth. Without trimming they tend to look like yours. They like plenty of water so it won’t be that.
