I’m praying that He will open the window of heaven and pours out abundant showers of blessings to replenish your groundwater and ponds without any storm damage.
When I’m hurting, I remind myself that this body is only my temporary dwelling, and I look forward to the incorruptible body that He will provide me.
We do not have a greenhouse or high tunnel but are eating the last of the garden last year’s tomatoes that we put into the basement 2 months ago. They are a treat. I’m glad you guys have the good systems you do.

i hope to have a high tunnel one day. the weather we've had the last couple years. its like the plants don't know what to do outside. i got two harvests off my mustard then it got smoked, replanted and it got down to 24 two days after it popped, total loss, rutabaga looks terrible. brasicas did good just growing super slow. the 18 inches of rain last week beat up my onions but i think they will be ok i shot the nitrogen to em sunday.
It warms me up to see all the green in your garden when we have -10 below wind chills coming this weekend. I will keep Looking towards spring to start my garden. Beautiful high tunnel and little green house.

If you fill up a fitty gallon drum and set three or four around in the greenhouse they’ll absorb the heat in the sunlight and store it for nighttime

I have 6 Greenstalk containers; each one is dedicated to a different thing. Strawberries, herbs, loose lettuces, variety of chives/spring onions, mustard greens and the last one is just for experimenting with.

Just cut off the disease parts & keep growing those tomatoes. I have a small Roma tomato plant growing in my house that is a yr old as of Halloween 2025. Somehow it got planted in with my potatoes (I think a chicken helped) & didn't know it until the frost on Halloween got the potatoes. So I dug it up & brought in & transplanted it inside & got tomatoes all winter & summer. It's on break, but I need to fertilize it with something other than miracle grow & calcium (ground chicken eggs). I even have a cutting off it that's doing great, I'm in southern idaho, 6b & right now its beyond cold in the day time ( that cold/freeze snap that's coming thru is not a friend to heat loving plant's. 😂🤣
But those tomatoes will grow for a long time.
I've got a get a slicing tomato planted, see how that does & some lunch box or sweet peppers growing in here too. Walmart got in a "bag" of 3 small but regular size bell peppers a while back, they were over $6 bucks for them, i decided I'll just grow some in the house. (Hubby not happy, but i was going to grow a winter squash in the house, but it got hit by the frost b4 I could bring it in. Lol

That is great that there is so much food growing in there.
Hard tight cabbage heads can handle a lot of cold, I'm thinking they will be fine. Red acre cabbages are really tough against cold temps.

Looks like a variety called large cherry
Stonehead is a good cabbage. If u start seeds on a heat mat, they should be up in a few days. Early Bush Goliath is a great early big determinate tomato. For hot climates try Phoenix, Red Snapper, Bella Rosa
