The Gales Creek Garden Club will celebrate its 50th year with a celebration on April 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Gales Creek Church Fellowship Hall.
The club, which was established in 1976 by eight members of the community, is inviting present and former members, members of garden clubs in the western Washington County area, and Gales Creek community members to the celebration.
“We will have photographs and all kinds of things on display at our 50th-year celebration,” said Joyce Sauber, the club’s president. “The Gales Creek Garden Club has been a very dedicated and active garden club all these years,” Sauber added.
The club will share more details as the event approaches.
The Gales Creek Community Church is located in downtown Gales Creek at 9170 N.W. Sargent Road.
