Help

My basil which I very much got rid of infected my mint with something nasty. Two other plants (aloe and Pelargonium) next to it seem immune for now.

That brings me to my first question. Are they really safe? Ive just been removing the most infected leafs for now hopefully, but now that the basil is gone I know if i wont do something mint will be too. What can I do? What is it?
