π± Gardening Tip: Growing your own food doesnβt have to take months π
Microgreens are one of the fastest ways to go from seed to harvest. In as little as 7 to 14 days, you can grow fresh, edible greens right at home with very little space or equipment. No garden beds, no long waiting periods, no batteling weather patterns and garden pestsβ just simple inputs and consistent care.
Everything youβre seeing in this video is grown indoors using hydroponics and our reusable grow mediums. Itβs a simple setup that lets us grow year-round, regardless of the weather outside.
Because microgreens grow so quickly, theyβre a great option for anyone whoβs felt intimidated by growing food. You get fast feedback, visible progress, and something you can actually eat within a week or two β which builds confidence quickly.
Whether your goal is to eat healthier, learn a new skill, or reconnect with your food, microgreens make it possible to start β and finish β in days πΏ

Growing without soil can reduce the mineral content in the greens I'm told, but I bet it's a lot cleaner
