This is a !sempervivum and will not do well inside. And you’re definitely over watering at this stage

Just sit it on some gritty soil and blast it with a grow light (gradually) It doesn’t look like it needs anymore water.
They do best outside but they need to be acclimated.

These are sempivernums and really struggle inside. Theyre extremely cold and heat hardy and can handle most weather. My mum gave me a load from her garden that had been there a good 9 years and they struggled inside, I put it outside on my windowsill (i have a shared balcony) and its been doing great since. Even with the snow and -10c weather theyre completely fine. Get it in a bright south facing window for now and move it outside asap

I have these. Is it possible to put them in a shaded patio space in 10a in Phoenix Arizona?
I moved it closer to this light that is on a timer, we are moving soon, and I will be buying real grow lights ASAP to at least help it not totally d*e before spring hits! Then I’ll just put it outside☺️

!UPDATE: I am going to just leave it alone, give it a real grow light after I move, and then put it outside when spring rolls around and it stops freezing outside….I will switch to watering maybe once a month.
