Not too long ago I posted some succulents my friend gave me while she takes some time for herself… this is now what 1 of them looks like… what can I do to save it? I've hardly watered it and when I did it was with "fish water" for nitrates…

give that sucker a SOAK. find a bowl or bucket bigger than the pot, fill it up, and set the pot in such that water comes in through the drainage holes (i assume it does have those in the bottom??) and up to the top of the bowl. some of the soil and perlite (that’s the white bits) may float, that’s okay, just push them down gently into the water and they’ll get wet after a bit. give it a solid twenty minutes in that bath, then lift it out and let it drain. some of the shriveled leaves should plump up in the next few days after that – the ones that don’t are unfortunately too far gone; yes, you CAN kill a succulent from overwatering; i have. do not repeat this deep soak, or give it any more water afterwards, for at least three weeks given how organic that soil looks. good luck 🙂
Looks like one of those super low power lights.
Focus on getting a Sansi 30w light and it should perk up.
those are both fully rotted (theyre mesembs they wouldntve gotten visibly dehydrated in 1.5 months even if you never watered em + the left one’s all squishy and collapsed which is a rot thing. right just dried out after dying), there’s nothing you can do to save them unfortunately :< btw just water the other stuff with regular water. succulents dont need to be fertilized
