Steph, I have found that the shiny plastic pots will peel therefore you lose the pretty color not to mention being very unsightly. BTW, I love watching your shopping videos because you give us so much information on all the items and of course I love watching all of your gardening videos too. 😊

This was awesome! I never know when the stores have their new stock in so your videos are great! I really loved the planters with the swag design. The really large one was $65. I bought more seeds than I need but there are some really pretty ones. I grew morning glory from seed last year and it took a bit to flower, not enough sun. I bought a couple of different ones for this year. This definitely gave me spring fever even though it's only about 11 degrees in Northeast Ohio.

Hi Steph great video. I’d love to hear how it goes germinating those impatient seeds. I tried several times last year and could not get them to germinate. I did some research and discovered they are notoriously difficult. Let me know what your secret is! Keep us informed. Thank you again.
Does anyone else think the prices on this garden stuff is way too high? Maybe it's because I have the soul of a thrifter but these things should be a half to 1/4 of the price. Yikes. Tarrifs, obviously but sheesh.

I used the rolls of mixed flower seed from dollar general and only one flower came up and they continued to return for 3 years.

I got my planters at Home Goods last year. They are fun to look through.
I’ve grown vinca from seed. It’s easy indoors. Also I’ve had some reseed, but they don’t germinate until it’s pretty warm out. So they might take awhile if you use the winter sowing method. I don’t know if they take as long as butterfly weed.
