The Rancho Santa Fe Garden Club will present Dr. Wesley Knapp, CEO of the Center for Plant Conservation (CPC), on Tuesday, Feb. 3 at 10 a.m. in the Secret Garden. Knapp is an internationally respected conservation leader, frequent field researcher, and global speaker. He will share an insider’s perspective on the urgent work to protect the most imperiled plant species in the United States and beyond. This event is open to the public, no membership required.

You don’t want to miss Knapp’s presentation, Saving Plants from Extinction, a news release states. It will explore innovative science and partnerships through the Center of Plant Conservation, a nonprofit organization that makes this work possible. Attendees will gain a rare look at how experts across the U.S. are combating biodiversity loss, strengthening ecosystems, and protecting the botanical wonders that shape landscapes.

Registration is available at www.rsfgardenclub.org or contact Jill McAllaster, RSF Garden Club executive administrator at Admin@rsfgardenclub with questions. Coffee, tea, and light bites will be served.
