Someone nearby is selling this plant and they don't know what it is. I see manjula up top and n'joy possibly pearls and jade everywhere else. Would you say there is actually manjula in there or it's just n'joy spitting out some look alike leaves.

I believe I have the same species and it has variations throughout. It looks almost exactly the same as your photo.
