Join free trip to a garden centre announced by parish council

A parish council is offering a free day out to a garden centre on March 27.

Stratton St Margaret Parish Council is inviting residents on a trip to Hillier Garden Centre Lechlade from around 10.15am to 1.30pm.

A community minibus named ‘Bus Lightyear’ will pick up passengers at the Coleview Community Centre at 9.15am, the Grange Leisure Centre at 9.30am, and the Meadowcroft Community Centre at 9.45am.

Buses are set to drop off passengers at these stops after leaving the garden centre at 1.30pm.

Anyone interested in the trip has been asked to book their spot by March 13.

The council posted the news online, saying: “Join us for a FREE day out!”

To reserve a seat, residents should call the parish office at 01793 823761 during office hours, which are 8.30am to 4.30pm.
