Plant ideas and set up for this room?

I'm on the process of moving houses. Never owned lots of plants. Got a monstera but was killed by my dad last year. Still salty about it.
I thought of a small herb box on the right, and some plants on the windowsill, too. Maybe something behind the hanger too, or in front of that small wall next to the windows.
Is there enough light? Should I buy grow lights?
Do you have suggestions of plants that are easy to care for (not all succulents), or plants y'all like in general ?
The hanger might not stay, not sure entirely. But if it goes, I might have more room for plants.
This room will be kept at around 14°C.
