I thought this was going to be a normal yard cleanup.
But the longer I stayed, the more weird things started happening small stuff at first… then things that made me stop and think twice about being there.
Nothing about this place felt normal.
This property wasn’t supposed to be mowed.
When I pulled up, this place was right on the edge not completely abandoned, but one step away from becoming another neglected mess that drags the whole neighborhood down. Overgrowth creeping in, debris everywhere, and a yard that looked like it had been forgotten.
So I made a call.
I decided to put in the work before it became a problem.
Edging. Cleanup. The little details nobody ever sees.
The kind of work that doesn’t look flashy but makes all the difference.
By the time I was done, this place didn’t look neglected anymore.
It looked Ready to sell. Ready for a fresh start.
The only question left was…
How would the realtor feel when she found out I already did it?

I'm glad i wasn't the only one that thought that first woman was sketchy. But with the way they're having trouble with squatters down there, if i was that girl i keep a better eye on that place.

Actually the allergy might be the vines, Pothos/Devil's Ivy. My state needs yard waste cans….here if there is brush it has to be in bundles that are no more that a foot long, and you can’t burn brush within the city limits either but there’s nothing against fire pits

Um bando de pobres: não pagam aluguel, nem IPTU, nem energia elétrica, não tem gás no inverno e nem ar condicionado no verão, não têm esgoto, não limpam jardim, terreno e nem quintal, não tem cerca digna, não têm dinheiro para comprar os separadores dos lixos (usam os dos vizinhos), a casa está rebaixando pelo excesso de umidade da terra e raízes das plantas, as duas árvores grandes vão cair em cima desses barracos, não pagam seguro incêndio, nem seguro raio, aí tá cheio de aranhas, escorpiões, cobras, ratos, formigas, lacraias, morfo, ninguém dessa casa tem Green Card, nem acesso à saúde médica, nem dentista, acumulam centenas de dívidas com os governos, não podem voltar para seus países de origem e muito mais problemas graves…. aí , acham um que precisa fazer serviço humanitário, arriscando a vida nesse lixo desses latinos…..E ainda se acham… Faltaram prender o rapaz ruivo da limpeza. Por isso é que americano nativo não quer nem saber se existem esses gastadores de dinheiro e serviços alheios juntos e misturados com eles. Tudo de carro!
