Modern gardening is transforming from a field of hard physical work into an analytical profession where knowledge plays a key role. The chief agronomist of the company “Fruzsad” in Vinnytsia, Maria Kyslyachenko, noted that in the past, the profession of an agronomist was associated with loading chemicals and driving a tractor. Today, valuable skills in analysis and decision-making, possessed by women, are becoming crucial for the success of enterprises. This was reported by BASF Agricultural Solutions Ukraine.
