  1. I would love to get my colours done but sadly there's no place like that around me. You should do a video about the trend of companies that no longer offer natural fibres. It's almost impossible to find a pure cotton sweat shirt/pants or cotton athletic socks. Everything is synthetics. I have also notice that online retailers are avoiding stating the fibre content in exact proprotions, they just say something like "cotton-polyester blend" or just "cotton blend" and avoid admitting that the garment is mostly plastic. It is getting infuriating. They are assuming we are stupid and I guess at this point, most people ARE stupid.

  2. Brilliant video and message all round. Thank you Josie. As another very mature viewer, I can thoroughly support what you (and others) say here. I believe it's a natural maturing progression (not getting old but in 'becoming'). We need to experiment when we're younger, so we can arrive at the point where we are confident in ourselves and what works for us, so that we can then go on to experiment as we get older and our needs change, I hope that makes sense.

  3. Library chic I LOVE! I've been moving my wardrobe into more classic looks and monotone coloured outfits because I am on the short side. Your videos are very inspiring for me in many ways, including fashion and style, and decorating, and gardening, and cooking lol! This is a great video with great information I will be saving! Thank you so much for all of this! Someone below said quality over quantity and that's something new I also am focusing on, along with buying pre-owned and natural fabrics as much as I can, including in my home textiles. Lol I also got laser eye surgery and now need to wear glasses for distance and for very close up lol!

  4. Josie, could you pleazzz tell us your true height. When I first followed you, you said it was 5ft 3, then 5 ft 4 and now 5ft 5🤦 As a 5ft 2, let me assure you 2 inches is a huge difference especially in how clothes look on you. When you were 5 3, I looked at your dress/skirt length for reference. But now🤷

  5. Dear Josie… I think you look amazing jn black … there was a black ski turtle neck that you wore and it absolutely looked amazing on you. You did wear not with stark white but the black was utterly James Bond Alp ski holiday. I'do not think I should wear sage green or taupe without white or it or it is a sad sad fashion day. ❤😂🎉

  6. I had to comment before I finished your vlog today. First, what fun to hear you want to visit Montana. I think I've heard you mention that another time too. It is so incredible and then some. I lived there from 1990-1994. My husband was stationed there, and I could not believe its beauty. Secondly, I think my age group was the first to usher in the fringed look. lol. In my high school years ( early to mid 1970's ), we had fringed purses etc. It has of course been dressed up for this 2026 era but I just have to brag and say we had it going on!!!

  7. Love your Chanel, have been a follower for some time now. You and Charlie have inspired me to finally visit the Cotswolds! I will be staying at the Wild Rabbit for a week and hope to run into you and Charlie at Daylesford! I did want to stay at your Straw Top cottages, but they were booked for this month. i will be arriving on the 1/22 and staying for a week! I would love you to give me the must sees while I am there. I am so excited! I plan to rent a car so I can get to see as many of the quaint villages as I can! Thank you for being such a wonderful person and such an inspiration to everyone!

  8. Josie, I love watching it even if I don’t buy anything bc I feel that my wardrobe is right and timeless for my purpose now. It’s relaxing to watch the previsions and the reality on the streets. The only trend that I entered and don’t regret bc it’s kind of timeless is the brown (chocolate) suede trend. Omg it’s sooo beautiful! I wish it never have gotten outdated 😅. Love your channel. Love from BR ❤

  9. Let us know if AI chooses the same colours for you 😉 be a great tip to share for everyone to check their colour analyse

  10. I am surprised that you site fur gilets (we call them fur vests) as one of the top ten trends. In the states we are under the impression that they are not as fashionable as they were 3 or 4 years ago. Are trends that different in Europe?

  11. My father always said that fashion houses are the biggest scams out there. They do everything to make people feel like they need to belong, so they have to buy. Then, when it becomes out of trend, it sells for half the price. It's manipulation for profit. Following trend is a sign of submission and a lack of individuality. Timeless whether it is in clothing or home decor will always be. Things that are trendy or modern will go out of style and become tacky. I personally like seeing people who have homes that have a personality and does not conform to society's dos and don't. For example , I am not a fan of modern grey white home decors. I like warmth, wood, colors, tints that don't make me feel like I am stuck in a office at home. Same goes for clothing. I like the fact that nowadays, one can wear whatever they wish to. If they want to go full blown victorian era or full blown early 00's they can.

  12. By all means keep with classics but I think people forget the fun of playing with trends and just to feel a bit "current" – life is to be enjoyed and playful so why not indulge in a bit of fun fashion?

  13. Josie, I like neutral colors, too. Although, I agree with you, I like a soft feminine floral for the spring and summer, especially in a beautiful blouse or a soft flowing chiffon or cotton dress. I’m looking forward to seeing your home and gardens in the Cotswolds for the upcoming spring time.

  14. Thank you Josie for another great video, so love your relaxed happy manner. Watched with interest as cannot wait to unearth all my wonderful autumn/ winter clothes when we return to the UK from living in Australia, later this year. Bored of wearing summer clothes all year!!

  15. Classic, timeless quality pieces. I have really loved quiet luxury. I’m finding myself picking high quality natural pieces. Staying away from polyester or at least very low content blend. Mostly, organic cotton, wools, silk & linen. Cleaner lines & comfortable fit are key. Adding some fun accessory pieces. I agree on many of your points. Love the Librarian, Maxi lengths, Clean minimalist & faux fur. No on tassels. Thank you, great video! 🙏🏼💚💗💐🌻🥰

  16. Faux fur are generally micoplastics that end up into our waterways and eventually our food chain. They do NOT biodegrade easily and can last a very long time in land fill. Any plastic fabrics, including gym wear etc should a big no. I find it hard to comprehend why anyone would buy plastic clothes.

  17. 80s were such a fine time. In the late 80s i remember my mom and aunts' style and still apsire. They couldn't understand my 00 aesthetics

  18. Actually the shoulder pads of the eighties Actually originated in the late 1930's and definitely the 1940's. Everything comes around again

  19. My favorite "trends" video because I share your view on them ❤ looking forward to the athleisure trend and I will soon start my 3rd postpartum season

  20. Thank you for taking the time to research all of the new trends. I am one of those people that just adds to my wardrobe every year (not a lot but here and there). I don’t enjoy shopping due to my body type.
I hope you, Charlie, and the boys are having a great start to the year!

  21. Not the favourite video, straight into consumerism in January. Research pre-loved, ethical brands

  22. Thank you for adding cost-per-use/wear. I’ve added it to my own shopping habits and mention it every tine the opportunity arises.

  23. I was looking forward to your 2026 trend videos, I appreciate that you always choose wearable ones that are easy to incorporate in the wardrobe.

  24. You need to get colour analysis done every two years if you believe in this as women are hormonal and your skin tone changes as you get older

  25. Once again the height issue crops up – Josie there's no way you're even close to 5'5", you are very small and wear a size 3 shoe and are much nearer 5'1"! There's really no way you don't know your own height and are so coy about it – is it because you worry that brands won't send you clothes if they think you're too short?

  26. @josieirons please can we have the Sunday vlog in the mornings. My weekend routine is catching up on your vlogs in the mornings whilst having a coffee. I just don’t have time during the week and busy getting organised Sunday evening for school and work week ahead. Would be great to have them ready to watch in the mornings but maybe it’s just me who’s not keen on the new schedule.

  27. For more than 15 days, Iran has been engulfed in nationwide protests against the Islamic Republic. The regime has plunged the country into darkness by cutting off the internet, shutting down communication, causing power outages, and paralyzing banking and payment systems. People cannot access their own money, families cannot reach each other, and daily life has collapsed. Security forces and the Revolutionary Guard are responding with extreme brutality: protesters are being shot, arrested, tortured, and killed. Human rights groups report horrific abuses in detention, including sexual violence against women.

At the same time, millions of Iranians abroad are living in fear and agony. With phones dead and the internet silenced, they do not know if their parents, siblings, or children inside Iran are alive, injured, imprisoned, or dead. The uncertainty is unbearable. Despite the violence, Iranians inside the country continue to resist. They chant against the regime and call for the end of the Islamic Republic, with many openly supporting Reza Pahlavi, the son of the last Shah, chanting: “This is the final battle — Pahlavi will return.” These protests are not only about economics; they are a cry for freedom, dignity, and survival after decades of repression.

    So please be our voice.

  28. I had my colors and style done, it was wonderful information. I’m a bright winter , so brights and colorblocking would be my favorite. My style is classic gamine, so fitted , cropped items are recommended, so I’ll be looking for those items, long oversized won’t be my style. I did skip warm colors and Athleasure, as it doesn’t suit me.

  29. Hi Josie!! Today I subscribed to your channel because you are very nice and thanks for the interesting tips!!👏🏻I have always liked fringes on dresses and bags, but also boots and shoes but without exaggerating 😊I also like neutral colors, depending on the occasion I also wear slightly brighter colors. I send you my warmest regards and see you soon!!🤗
