Ordered these as stems online in November, haven’t watered once. Sandy gravel mix. Is it time?
Last pic is of my incumbent lithops who don’t need watering since their soil mix is mostly potting soil (oops) but they’ve held on fine.

Pretty sure no. Pretty sure all of them need more light tho
I would just hold off on watering unless they get more wrinkled. My lithops is in potting mix with some perlite and it does fine as long as i water it like two times a year. I also make sure to not soak the soil completely, just water right around the base so it dries out faster. I’ve seen this photo circulating on when it’s ok to water them

They need to be buried deeper, see that line where the bottom middle one is wrinkled? The substrate should be up to there.
