Looks like watercress to me. Free salad!
It’s bittercress. It’s a winter annual. It’s preventable with a pre-emergent. Dealing with it is totally up to you. If you decide to deal with it by means of using chemical, you’ll want some kind broadleaf weed control. I use Trimec 992 most of the time.
