prune a few of the bottom leaves and poke it right back into the soil. keep taking care of it like usual and consider doing the other side.
or you could do the proper thing and root them up in water and replant it properly. i would just do the poke it in the soil thing though lol.
either way nothing here is lost.

This is how *Dieffenbachia* propagate themselves in their natural habitat. You should be able to root that stem pretty easily.

Super easy to propagate the fallen piece, and at least one new branch will form near the stump where it broke off on the original plant. Check for any squishy bits and remove those. This is a great beginner plant and teaches you that many houseplants are quite resilient.

That plant should be cut back regularly to keep it bushy. They don’t have woody stems and can’t hold the weight that tall.
The other one should be cut and pushed back into the soil.
