I need advice on what to do here! I'm not sure what happened. All my other plants look fine right now. I really love this little guy I don't wanna lose it. Please help me out. What do I need to do? Thank you!

More light and less water. Turtles are visibly happy with their light conditions when their spots become brightly contrasted against the green. Additionally, they like to be bottom watered once their soil has almost completely dried out, they don’t like to be sitting in damp. Brighter light will help it use up the water you do give it more effectively.

Instead of hanging over the side, I would circle them back on top so the nodes are in contact with the soil. You need a very healthy/thick top before you can begin stringing them over the side.
