Is it drying between waterings or is the soil still wet?
If so, then watering isn’t the issue and I’d check for pests, ensure leaves are not too close to the cold window, make sure it’s still getting sun in the winter months, and maybe fertilize every few waterings

I have one that doesn’t get too much light that is on death door. If that’s the only light it gets that’s the problem, you can trim it and propagate back in the pot but it needs more light and since you don’t know how long it’s been in that soil thing about repotting into fresh soil. Pot looks a little too big and might be retaining too much water, where does water drain ?

Does it get more light than what is pictured? It could be an issue with lighting.
