My dad says this is caused by red spider mites. Is it true?
I’m not really sure about the watering habits exactly because it’s not my plant, It’s my dads.
It’s an outdoor plant so it gets plenty of light.
It looks to me like a lack of trace elements. Spider mites would cause spot-like yellowing, not this kind of mottled yellowing. Or it could be scale insects on the back of the leaves.
