Canning is one thing that I am a bit afraid to try.
I have no issue eating food that others have canned but I don’t know if I would trust myself to do it right.
However it’s a great skill.
In emergencies or prolonged catastrophic situations, it could be life preserving.
Amazing stove btw., is it wood burning?

I’m canning beans today! Restocking the pantry shelf and adding to my 2025 canning stock before the new year hits! Haha
