Oooh this looks like spot variegation! Totally harmless and just pretty cool, cosmetically. The light green color in the fourth photo is just from the younger leaf. Newly unfurled leaves will be lighter in color, and thinner in weight. They will thicken and darken as the rest of the plant over time.
