This is a new fun issue with the closing of this greenhouse door. Nothing changed except it got warmer recently but it was find when temps were this high a month ago. So confused. Anyone a builder that knows more than us? Ty!! Video hopefully explains.

The weight of the door on those two hinges has warped the hinges or the screw seatings over time. Now the door is sagging a bit, which is causing it to not close correctly and create the uneven gap.

You need a third hinge in the middle to better distribute the weight and you need to reset the existing hinges. When you take the assemblies apart, you may find something is bent or warped slightly.

Possibly the wood swelling with temp/humidity fluctuation.

maybe the door just want to be free

One of the corners of the greenhouse is sinking. Measured your diagonals of the door jam. the long diagonal will point to the corner that is out of alignment.
