I am quite new to begonias. I got this angel wing begonia a week or so back. It had some damage to the leaves, but I thought I would be able to manage it nonetheless.
I haven't taken care of cane begonias before and had some questions.
It is unfurling a new leaf (super happy about that), but my question is about the small bump like structure on the nodes. Are the also new leaves in progress?
Please help.
Want to understand this plant better.

They should be new leaves.
Those little spikes are new leaves. One thing I noticed right away is that your soil looks really dry. They don’t like to dry out that much at all, and they do like humidity. Fixing that will help your leaf situation a lot.
