This large eucalyptus is in an open space drainage area next to my house that is managed by an HOA that I'm not a member of. The tree is also naturally leaning toward my house. To me, it doesn't appear to be healthy when compared to others in the area (3rd pic). Does this pose a risk to my property and is it worth having a professional write an assessment on that I can take to the HOA?
