I would use an anti-fungal for powdery mildew. I’ve read recently that sulfur powder mixed with water can be sprayed onto the plant. You’ll have to search recent powdery mildew posts in begonias, but I think it’s like a teaspoon per gallon. I haven’t had to treat any begonias recently and have only used BioAdvanced Rose & Flower Plant Care and it works pretty good but the powdery mildew often returns if the environmental conditions haven’t changed for powdery mildew to develop. I plan to use sulfur powder next time I have an issue. Good luck dealing with this horrible disease. It hasn’t killed any of my begonias but it has left ugly scars on many of the leaves that I chose not to remove. I usually remove the worst leaves because it spreads very quickly to other begonias.

What’s the humidity? Is it near a drafty window or heat vent?
