Pink Woodsorrel (I think). How harmful is this weed in my yard?


Hi all. Trying to find it a bit more about this plant. I'm surprised by its beauty, but I understand that it's likely problematic.

Location is in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

    It will grow everywhere like wildfire. It puts runners everywhere. Can be really hard to kill. It’ll die off, then come back.

    I have had one small patch of this for almost 10 years. It doesn’t spread in my garden. I am in Canberra and it does die back completely over winter.
