My monstera started growing this new and then just stopped here? It’s been like this for months. It very much seems to be half-developed because I’ve tried misting it and nothing has helped. It’s outdoors, and I understand we’re in colder months now (Taipei based here) but….this started a good six months ago in the middle of summer. I kind of left it hoping it would figure it out but it doesn’t seem to be.
Details: outdoors on a West-facing balcony with a shade net to protect it from baking in on the glass panels behind the net when it gets really hot here (i put the shade net in after it already lost 1 or 2 leaves from getting scorched from the sun/heat. Water it every 1-2 weeks.

Are you positive that the leaves were scorched from the sun?
Anytime my monsters have had issues like this it’s always been solved with more light, more moisture.
Do you check the soil at the bottom of the pot for moisture?
