I know there are plenty of resources of this topic, but it´s my first time trying to degraft and there is no space in between these two plants to make a clean cut.
Is there any advice on how to cut a fat grafting stock and not mess this plant.

One method would be to leave the rootstock. It would be necessary to shorten it to about half, wait for healing and bury it during repotting to make it invisible.
