The new growth is vigorous and I knocked off many new shoots when I was separating the individual leaf propagations from eachother as I had stuck them in a shot glass. My house is pretty cold but I did keep them on a heat mat.
After a full day the new growth on the smaller leaf with the stripes are beginning to express their color and pattern (photo in the comments)
