Moles?
Did it erode down the slope? It looks like the entire lawn slid down a bit lol. Like cheese sliding down a tilted pizza.

This is 100% voles.
Voles are hanging out under your concrete where that void is. Poison and traps.
Looks like moles to me. Only luck I’ve ever had was with scissor traps.
Moles more than likely. They sell mole traps at hardware stores.
