Hi, I have this plant for a year. I believe it is in a 10” pot. As you can see in the picture, it is leaning.
Should I chop it at the top to stop growing taller?
Also, I would love it to be bushy.
It is facing a west facing window. It started growing when I moved it to that spot.

Yes. Cut the terminal bud and it will start to branch out lower on the tree. Chop a few leaves off if you want it to stand more straight again as well
So you already chopped it right? The plant in the first photo looks much much shorter than the second photo.
