The word that comes to mind is 'sheen' to describe the shimmering look on these flowers, but wondered if there's a specific term for it? I have another AV with more muted colours. Why does the sheen happen to some and not others I wonder? Thank you wonderful AV community – your advice also saved this baby from brown leaf syndrome, brought her back to life!!

Aahh, yes, the sparkles! My favorite. I don’t know if there’s an official word.
Orchid flowers have this, too! And it’s so beautiful, especially when natural early morning light catches the flowers.
Not sure what it’s called, but I look forward to seeing it every morning 🥰
