All these stopped blooming a few weeks ago.each had new leafy growth, though I’m fighting a mealy bug infestation. They’re all in a sunny east window. Is this winter behavior?

Pretty sure they have a period of dormancy in winter (at least my streps do) and pests might have stressed them into doing it earlier

Pots are entirely too big too deep and not in the lights needed for blooms. Together those issue will cause lack of blooms and even root rot. Poor roots can not support the plant enough to allow them to bloom.

My AV collection rarely fully stop blooming under artificial light and high humidity. They do have periods of recovery but because I’m nosy and like to bother them I noticed that it’s just a few weeks before they start growing new buds so even though it’s an extended time with no blooms you can still see signs they are working on it. I don’t claim to have one plant in constant bloom but my point is they actually do bloom in winter too if the conditions are right

Before I lived in a much drier climate and had them on a windowsill or under what I now know to be too weak of a light and they bloomed less frequently and not as generously as they do now (fewer and smaller blooms. Bigger gaps between the blooms)

So OP – do they get enough light? Is the air too dry?
