That actually is in fact a monstera albo, although it’s working its way to fully reverted. You’re going to want to cut it down to where there’s some good green and white striping in the stem, probably down to the first or second leaf. You’re going to get a beautiful plant in return just give it time to grow back

It’s a monstera Albo. It’s reverting though. Cut back to the leaves that still have green on them. Check for pests while you’re at it. Some of that browning looks suspect.

Yep this is “variegated” , likely a Monstera Albo. Soil looks thick needs more orchid bark, white leaves always die off so don’t b worried about that, focus on the green. Humidity might help too
