What is this strange cactus I got as a gift? Very spherical

   Whatever it is it’s very etiolated. Maybe some kind of opuntia but I’m not certain

   I’d say Tephrocactus geometricus, but in bad shape. Not sure though

   Potato cactus that is stretched out and starving for light. Id break everything off above the very bottom big plump potatoes
